A TOAST TO ITALY
On November 12, 2007 Laziali nel Mondo hosted a unique dining experience at the Italian American Community Center. The dinner showcased the exceptional culinary talents of Master Chef, Enzo Montova, who flew in directly from Rome. Master Chef Enzo is the owner of the renown restaurant, “Il Manotova del Lago” which is located in Posta Fibreno, Frosinone, Italia. www.ilmantovadellago.it
Accompanying Chef Enzo were his First Chef, Simone Cipriani and his Sommelier, Rino Ferri. The four course meal featured 7 dishes that are specialties of the Lazio region of Italy. In addition, the world famous winery, “Cantina Falesco” donated the 4 different wines from the same region that were served with each course. The proceeds from this event went to the Children’s Italian Summer Program. The evening was a tremendous success.
