handed down from generation to
generation, from Nonna to Mammà.
These delicious recipes are so
special that they should never
be lost. You will be able to
conserve these wonderful recipes
in a memorable cookbook
collection that will be a
tribute to the original cooks
and that will continue to be
treasured by future generations.
Here is the perfect opportunity
for you to sit down with your
special nonne and measure their
handful, shot glasses, jelly
glasses, pinches, and whatever
other units of measure they use.
It is not limited to “la cucina
della nonna”. All original
Italian family favorites are
welcome.

the cook who brought your
favorite recipe to family fame!
You might want to include where
the recipe came from, what it
means to your family, and
maybe for what occasion it is
made.
